By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All services are subject to prior booking and availability.
• Clients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or shorter service time.
• Walk-ins are welcome also.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• All services must be paid for in full at the time of completion.
• We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), as well as instalment options through Tamara and Tabby.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.

• Payments made for services are non-refundable.
• Retail products purchased can only be exchanged if unopened and returned within 7 days, along with a valid receipt.

• Clients must inform the salon of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatments.
• Bollywood Beauty Lounge will not be held liable for reactions caused due to undisclosed conditions.
• We follow strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a comfortable experience.

• While we take utmost care in providing services, the salon is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused during or after treatments.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of clients, and the salon will not be liable for any loss or theft.

• Respectful behaviour towards staff and other clients is mandatory.
• Bollywood Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, or failure to comply with these terms.

• The salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
